1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing the websites, services, or digital assets of RSS Music Group and its subsidiary labels—including but not limited to Jax.Killer Records and Savage Moon Records (collectively, "the Company")—you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must cease use immediately.
2. EXPERIMENTAL SONG GENERATION
The Company may offer users the ability to create one (1) "Experimental Track." This feature is subject to a Non-Commercial License Grant:
- Ownership: All rights, intellectual property, and master recording rights remain vested in RSS Music Group .
- Monetization: You are strictly prohibited from selling or uploading tracks to streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.).
- Audience Scale: Broadcasting to an audience exceeding 1,000,000 is an automatic breach of this agreement.
- Copyright: Users shall not attempt to register tracks with any copyright office or Content ID system.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All music, lyrics, logos, and trademarks are the exclusive property of RSS MUSIC GROUP . Unauthorized sampling or distribution will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
4. USER CONDUCT & COMMERCE
Account Integrity: You are responsible for your own account identifiers.
Shipping: The Company is not responsible for losses due to incorrect shipping address entry provided by the user at the point of sale.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
RSS Music Group provides experimental features on an "As-Is" basis. We make no guarantees regarding quality, longevity, or platform-compatibility of generated audio data.
6. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any legal action shall be filed exclusively in the courts located in New York.
