Jax.Killer (born Jaziel Oliva, June 3, 2002) is an American musician, producer, DJ, singer, songwriter, sound engineer, and rapper. His work spans pop, hip hop, and electronic dance music (EDM). He is known for his 2019 single “Dumuzi”, featuring Schley1k and Mr. J1S. Jaziel Oliva was born on June 3, 2002, in East Meadow, New York, United States. He spent much of his early life in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, where he attended Daniel Christian School from first through ninth grade.
On May 27, 2017, Oliva moved back to Levittown, New York, where he completed his secondary education. During his youth, he developed an early interest in music production and performance, initially creating soundtracks for talent shows and performing at local church events. Oliva began producing music in 2013 using FL Studio. During this period, he experimented with electronic music and DJing under the aliases DJ Ballon and Jax Olvert. His early EDM work included tracks such as “Parkour” and “Hidden Voices”, and was influenced by artists such as Martin Garrix and The Chainsmokers. Around 2017, Oliva began using the name Jax.Killer for his music releases, transitioning toward hip hop and rap. The name originated as a nickname from his early years before being adopted professionally.
Before focusing on hip hop, Oliva envisioned forming an electronic music duo inspired by The Chainsmokers with a friend under the proposed name Backlaunchers. Although the project never materialized, the experience influenced his understanding of songwriting, collaboration and electronic production during his teenage years.
He gained initial recognition with the single “Dumuzi” (released April 9, 2019), featuring Schley1k and Mr. J1S. One of JK AUDIO's flagship developments is FluxPRO, a vocal enhancement plugin powered by Flux Engine V5, a proprietary audio processing framework developed by Oliva. According to the company, the engine serves as the underlying technology for the Flux software ecosystem, coordinating multiple processing stages through a unified interface intended to streamline vocal mixing.
Oliva has stated that the inspiration behind FluxPRO came from years of recording and mixing his own vocals, during which he frequently encountered projects requiring numerous mixer channels and large collections of plugins. This experience ultimately led him to research alternative approaches to audio processing that would become the foundation for JK AUDIO's software development efforts.

In addition to performing, he records, edits, mixes and masters many of his own projects. His workflow evolved from portable home studio setups used between 2013 and 2022—including temporary recording spaces in hotels and residences—to professional recording environments.
Oliva has expressed a preference for AKG microphones and headphones for recording and monitoring, while continuing to use FL Studio as his primary digital audio workstation. Although he began his career creating electronic instrumentals, he now focuses primarily on songwriting, vocal production and audio engineering.
